This FAQ section provides answers to common questions customers may have when shopping with NUR Essentials. Our goal is to help you clearly understand our products, ordering process, shipping, and policies to ensure a smooth and confident shopping experience.
Where do you deliver orders? NUR Essentials delivers orders across Pakistan. Orders can be shipped to all major cities and most towns nationwide where courier delivery services are available.
How long does delivery take? Delivery time depends on your location. Orders within major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days, while deliveries to other cities and towns generally take 3 to 5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
Which courier service do you use? All orders are shipped through TCS Courier, one of Pakistan's most trusted and reliable courier services. You will receive your TCS tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
What are the delivery charges? NUR Essentials charges a standard delivery fee of Rs. 200 to Rs. 300 depending on your location and order weight. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan subject to TCS availability in your area. COD orders must be confirmed before dispatch. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Do you provide order tracking? Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a TCS tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your shipment at tcs.com.pk or contact us directly for assistance.
What products do you offer? NUR Essentials offers a complete range of skincare and haircare products including brightening and whitening soaps, acne treatment bars, face serums, skin toners, herbal powders, hair shampoos, hair treatment oil, natural supplements, and fragrances. All products are crafted with real, effective ingredients and are suitable for everyday use.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied? Customers may request a return within 2 to 3 days from the delivery date as long as the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return eligibility depends on the product category. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How will I receive my refund? Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method or alternatively through store credit or bank transfer if the original method is not available.
Who pays for the return shipping? Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier. The product must be securely packed and sent back to us within the return period. We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping the tracking receipt.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
